Frequently asked questions

When do I get my first payout?

Each commission is held for 30 days to cover refunds (45 days during your first 90 days as a partner). We pay monthly once your cleared balance exceeds €50.

What if the customer cancels?

You earn commission on every month the customer actually paid. Refunds are deducted proportionally.

Can I use paid ads (Google Ads / Meta)?

Yes, except bidding on the "MiEspacio" brand keyword. Paid campaigns are agreed with our team beforehand.

Can I be a partner if I'm already a MiEspacio customer?

Yes — you can be a Mi Espacio customer and a partner at the same time.
