TLS protects data in transit. Role-based access, tenant isolation and export controls help keep each business in control of its information. We do not sell customer data.

VeriFactu invoicing tools
Invoices with correlative numbering, a chained hash and QR. The law (RRSIF) requires every invoicing system to comply from January 1, 2027 (companies) or July 1, 2027 (self-employed and others): it can work in VERI*FACTU mode, sending each record to the AEAT, or keep the records itself. VeriFactu invoice record chain: Available. VeriFactu submission to the AEAT: Coming soon. TicketBAI (Basque Country): Not available on MiEspacio. SII (Immediate Supply of Information): Not available on MiEspacio. A business subject to a system that is not available on MiEspacio cannot invoice with MiEspacio.

MiEspacio is for service businesses that manage bookings, clients, teams, payments or recurring operations. The business-type catalogue shows the status of each sector.
Create a free workspace, confirm your business details, review services and prices, set availability, then make a test booking. Share your booking page only when everything looks right.
Clients choose a published service, an available time and, when applicable, a team member on your public page. You manage the appointment in your calendar and control availability, buffer times and cancellation rules.
Loyalty programmes reward regular clients with points, tiers and perks. Package entitlement does not mean immediate availability: the module switches on in your account when its status on the features page is “Available” or “Beta”.
