Partner Program Terms

You earn a commission when a customer you refer completes a paid booking, at the rate and for the period shown in your dashboard. Commissions apply only to eligible, first-time referred customers.

Confirmed commissions are paid out once your cleared balance reaches the minimum threshold shown in your dashboard, to the IBAN or PayPal you provide. You are responsible for keeping your payout details correct.

Commissions are pending during a hold period and confirmed after it. If the referred customer cancels, refunds or charges back, the related commission is reversed — including deducting it from a future payout if it was already paid.

You act as an independent participant and are solely responsible for declaring and paying any taxes on your commissions and for issuing any invoices required in your jurisdiction.

When you promote your link you must clearly disclose that it is a paid/affiliate endorsement (e.g. 'Ad' or '#ad'), placed so it is hard to miss, as required by advertising and consumer-protection law.

Your payout and tax details are used only to pay you and issue tax invoices, and are stored securely. Referral tracking uses a cookie for the attribution window shown in your dashboard; see the Cookie & Privacy Policy.

Either you or Mi Espacio may end your participation at any time. We may suspend or reject an account for fraud, self-referral, misleading promotion or breach of these terms; unconfirmed or fraudulent commissions may be withheld.
