The Free plan is available without a card and has no time limit. Paid plans include a 30-day trial; you need to add a card to start it.
You can pick monthly or yearly billing. Paying yearly saves you 20% over the monthly price. You can switch billing cycles anytime from your dashboard.
When a paid trial or subscription expires, paid access is paused. Your data is retained according to the privacy and retention policy; choose an available plan to restore the corresponding limits and released capabilities.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade anytime. Upgrades are pro-rated against your current cycle. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period, as long as your current usage (staff, locations…) fits the new plan.
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. No lock-in, no long-term contracts. You keep access until the end of the cycle you've already paid.
Your data remains under your control. Use the available export tools while account access is active. Cancelling a paid plan pauses paid access and does not automatically move the account to Free; retained data follows the Privacy Policy. A permanent erasure request removes or anonymises eligible data, while tax, accounting and other legally required records remain restricted for the applicable retention period.
Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider, handles the charge and the VAT for your subscription: it is the one that charges you and issues your invoice. MiEspacio never stores your card details.
Through Lemon Squeezy you can pay by card and, where available, Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal. SEPA direct debit and bank transfer are not available for the subscription.
