Data & GDPR
A data processing agreement (DPA) is available for review and download. Connections are encrypted, the most sensitive data is stored encrypted, and privacy tools let you export and delete data. Privacy policy
Sensitive client data
Photos are kept in private storage and only authorised staff can see them. Selected sensitive form, health, allergy/contraindication and consent data is stored encrypted.
Payments
Your subscription is charged by Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider, which also handles VAT. Your clients' payments run through your own gateway — the money is yours.

Email us and we reply during business hours (Mon–Fri). Payment and booking incidents are prioritized.
